CHEMLUBE® 700 SERIES

PAO-BASED LUBRICANTS

Product Overview

The Chemlube® 700 Series are fully synthetic and have been formulated from premium polyalphaolefin (PAO) base fluids for enclosed gear systems requiring ashless antioxidants, anti-wear and excellent EP additive systems. These oils have been designed to provide superior lubrication under hydrodynamic and boundary lubrication conditions. They are recommended for gear systems where adverse loads and high temperatures are expected.

These oils are designed for enclosed gears operating under adverse loads, temperatures and where EP may be required. The oils in this series can be used under mild and more severely loaded systems and can be used in applications listed by AGMA as requiring EP. These products meet Flender’s micro pitting requirements. They are similar to petroleum oils in their compatibility to seals, hoses, gaskets and paint. These oils should not be used in worm gear applications.
