High Speed Synthetic Oils: Chemlube 10,
22 and 46
are pure synthetic oils intended for use in spinning frame bolsters,
sewing machines, knitting machines and as a textile ring lubricant in
spinning, twisting, and drsq-twisting operations. They are also
effective in lubrication of air tools and other high speed machine
tools.
Chemlube 10E, 22E and
46E are
emulsifiable versions of these oils. Because they are emulsifiable,
they are more easily cleaned from yarns, fabrics, etc. than
non-emulsifiable oils.
Synthetic Lubricants for Air Line Lubricators: Pneumatic equipment, pneumatic systems, pneumatic tools;
Pneu Mist 325 is designed for use at ambient and higher temperatures and
Pneu Mist 5075
is intended for use in “cold room” applications. Pneu Mist proves
helpful in eliminating downtime due to lubrication failure and sludge
or garnish buildup when used in accordance with equipment
manufacturers’ recommendations.
Assembly Fluid #1 (other specialty oils): Assembly Fluid #1
is designed to hold small parts in place during the assembly of
engines, turbines, transmissions, pumps and other complex mechanical
assemblies. It is packaged in a handy 4 oz. dispensing tube.
